I specialise in working with everyone who feels the times are out of joint right now. I offer body and mind therapeutic pathways so that you can calm your nervous system and learn to live in heart-filled peace and freedom to make the right choices for yourself.

Perhaps you have been feeling unease in the world for a long time; maybe you talk to others about your feelings or maybe you just hold on to them quietly, feeling alone and out of step with yourself and the world. Maybe you’ve asked yourself, ‘What can I do about all this?’

SO, WHERE TO BEGIN?

If you would like to ask me some questions or talk things through, the best way to begin is to book my free, initial 15-minute chat so that we can work out which direction is best for you. I always like to take the time to have a chat and find out what your aims and hopes are.

 

You might choose CranioSacral therapy if you’re feeling anxious or stressed; if you have aches or twinges in your body that you can’t get to the bottom of; or if you’re living with repetitive habits of action or thinking that don’t serve you well and you can’t shake off, even when you try.

You might choose Celtic spiritual guidance if you want to enrich your inner life and explore your purpose in the world and what is yours to do at this point in human history. You might want to connect with a sense of the wisdom of the divine, the creator or the natural world, and this can be explored through creative and contemplative practices.

You might choose coaching if you are dyslexic, dyspraxic, autistic or have ADHD, and want to explore issues that affect you in work or in your personal life such as finding the world a hard place to fit in with, being misunderstood, being late and forgetting or losing things, being disorganised, not managing to pass your exams or being unhappy with your writing and reading skills.

You might want to find ways of bringing ease and relaxation to your body through a gentle yoga practice or explore being transported beyond everyday awareness through the soft sounds and vibration from traditional singing bowls.

CAN I COMBINE THESE THERAPIES?

It is also possible for you to choose a combined therapies approach and draw upon more than one of the therapies that I offer.  

For example, for people who are neurodivergent, CranioSacral therapy and coaching combined could be a really effective way of exploring your inner world and talking about the ways you manage yourself, and could be a way of giving you your life back as you overcome the challenges of being you.

 If you are interested in a combined approach, we would still begin with a complete session of, for example, CranioSacral therapy or a complete session of coaching. I suggest you book a free 15-minute conversation and we can have a chat about where best to begin.

 For any of the therapies it could be ideal to consider an initial 6 sessions, and these would be organised every 2-3 weeks. We can review your experience at the midpoint of these sessions. But this is only a suggestion. You are free to choose any number of sessions that you wish. I will always work with you as an individual. I will always respect what you choose for yourself.
